In school testing
Several school districts within area counties are conducting in school PCR testing with parental consent. These tests are specifically for students who develop mild symptoms while at school only. These tests are for the purposes of returning to class. Students with moderate symptoms, including fever, will be directed to their healthcare providers. As always, students should not attend school with existing illness symptoms.

COVID-19 Positive-Return to Sports
Note: School districts are responsible for communicating and enforcing district specific COVID-19 follow up requirements for students. Unfortunately, we do not have an ability to influence their specific policies. Mendon Pediatrics will facilitate follow up appointments (COVID-19 clearance), as needed. If your school district requires a clearance letter, we will be unable to send one without an evaluation by one of our providers.
