Local Baby Café breastfeeding support groups in Rochester  have gone virtual. This can be especially helpful to new moms  who have shortened stays after delivery and may have not  been able to get as much lactation support that they normally  would have while in the hospital during this time. Baby Cafés are a part of the New York State Creating  Breastfeeding Friendly Communities grant awarded  through the University of Rochester.
